1) Do you have the power cord supplied to the CPU AND the 24pin power on the motherboard?
2) Make sure your fully seated on all components from Ram to CPU.
3) Check QVL for Ram
4) If you can answer all those with Yes... hit the Bio's reset and or Mem-ok! and see if that doesn't help.
