Friend, there are no easy solutions. The second time I had my laptop for 1 month in the service center while they were trying to reproduce the problem. I initially thought that they would have special equipment, tools etc to verify the problems. I don't believe it anymore.
But you could always try to have them look at it, if it is still in warranty. Did sentinel showed anything special?

my health was 70+% when they changed it. I would guess that only with the first drive you have problems... There is no reason to go on with the test. SMART health is enough for the moment.

I only had the same problem, no bad sectors. I believe you should use (always) the other disk to verify the problem.
