Need some help trying to figure out an issues I think it is the O.S.? Recommendations are appreciated having a difficult time getting my head around this.

Asus Rampage 4 Black Edition newest chipset drivers installed and BIOS.
GTX 780s x 2 SLI Mode O.C. No
CPU I7 4930K clocked at 4.5 Ghz Offset Mode. Ran Prime 95 24 hours no issue.
Memory G-Skill 2133 Mhz 16 Gb Kit 1.65v Ran Memtest86 10 pass on each module then the full set Pass.
O.S. Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit. Full Adminstrator
C: Drive Intel SSD 730 Series
D:, E, F, G drives Western Digital Velocity Raptors
O.S. Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

1. Cannot install ASUS AI Suite 3 V1.00.56 from the CD or Down Load. Will not install.

2. Cannot run Windows Experience Index Tool to rate the computer.

3. Hardware Excelrator in the O.S. is grayed out cannot make any changes.

4. CFS-2 cannot change the filtering for the textures.

1. Is there any issues installing the same O.S. to the E: Drive for a multi boot?

2. Deleting the O.S. from the E. by formatting the E: Drive with C: Drive connected?

Did a search on the web have not been able to find information concerning multi booting the same O.S..

Restore is turned off. Have not run a repair prefer not to run. If the OS is corrupted prefer to do a F-10 command prompt and do a fresh installation to the C: Drive.
