8 GB Ram vs 12 GB Ram
I have a G75vw. I just upgraded to a 250GB Samsung Evo SSD paired with a 1TB 7200. Now I'm looking to see if it's worth upgrading my RAM from 8GB to 12GB. I can do so for about $40.
My question is, will I see much of a difference to make it worth it? I game as well as photo and video edit.Last edited by GrecoISU; 02-04-2015 at 02:41 PM.

surely you will benefit from the extra ram for gaming and photo/video editing. if possible just top up to 16GB.
to me, it's worth it.

I'd up it to 16GB but I don't want to end up buying all new sticks. Under the board there is a 4GB chip, in slot 1 a 4GB chip and I have an open slot.
