I am having a hell of a time trying to get this hard drive to work. I plugged it in and and my g751 immediatly went to restart after it said it installed the software for the device. Then on startup it froze and I had to forcably shut it down. Started it back up and I cannot get the hardrive to connect through ANY of the usb ports. Can't call customer support right now as they are not open. Any suggestions? It seems to recognize the drive for about 15 seconds then it disconnects. While it is connected, it says the drive is working properly. Anyone else?
