Yea, i have the same thing; Honestly if i were to go back i wouldnt use the SLI watercool bridge.
1. You have to line up each card exactly. If you dont the o' rings dont make proper contact and so as soon as you turn on the pump... water everywhere.
2. In order to line it up properly, its best to attach all the cards first before putting them in the case. The makes it hard to line up the slots as you now have 2-4 cards that need to be pushed into the pcie slots at the same time, and so have to line up perfectly. But at least you can do the air pressure test outside the case (basically cover one hole with your finger and blow into the other hole as hard as you can. If you hear air, you have a leak.
3. if one of the cards are bad, you have to disassemble the ENTIRE damn thing, (for reasons listed before);
If i were to do it again, i would have just bought low profile compression fittings for a tiny 1-2" acrylic line. This way you only need to take out the selected card by loosening the 2 compression fittings. I also think its looks better since can see the liquid in the tubes.
I might and change it the next time i have to flush the system. Oh and if your currious; the loop is 3.5L to fill :P

I always air test my components before installing waterblocks on them, I didn't have one problem removing my cards or installing them and i have taken them out around 3 times, The terminal should always be installed out side the case, Use a few boxes to hold the cards when installing the terminal and install the terminal so the O-rings are sitting in there groves this will stop any pinching. When removing the single terminal from one of my GPU i found some pinching there and these come tested from EK no leaks but still wasn't good to see.

Thx for the info. Never seen one of those!! No offense, but I just don't like the looks of that.
I like this guys setup (visually) to handle SLI cards. I don't care for the green color of his setup, but the short straight tubes with visible fluid in them seems (again, my opinion only) the best looking way to handle it.
