Swapping G751JY drives

Hi, guys, I just got my new G751JY and it's great but the guys at the shop seem to have made a mistake and the SSD is connected to the SATA 2 port. I only realised this after installing Windows and setting up the partitions. I've never had a dual-drive notebook before so I was wondering will it be okay to just swap the drives or will I have to reinstall everything afterwards?

No point spend money for SSD if you not reinstall OS on SSD and of course swap SSD.
I did the same for EVO 512gb ... They not make a mistake , they were too lazy to clone HDD to SSD !!!
Before you swap do RECOVERY ON PAN-DRIVE 32GB - Then you can do recovery on your new SSD, everything like factory and no headache of drivers ...
