Will I lose my Bios settings when I update from 0603 to 0701?

save your settings before update so you can just restore them

You can save the OC profile in the tools section of the Bios and export it - but if it is working fine why do you need the update? 0701 says Improve system stability. If your system is stable with what you doing - leave it or like me I just upgrade it anyway.

I get BSOD sometimes at 4.375GHz - x07e. When I OC to 4.5GHz, it is definitely unstable. I would like 4.5GHz, which is why I want to update.
