RealBench 2.41 issue with memory

Hi,
RealBench suddenly says my memory not available enough to do a "up to 16gb" test while i had 4x4gb sticks occupied all 4 red slots.
This never happened before.
I tried to cleared bios but the problem still there.

I have 2 kits. So I tried both kits but it didn't help either.
