That set comes with 9-9-9-24 timings, why are you running@ CL11 timings?

Either manually enter the timings or enable the XMP profile in your bios.

Ive changed it to XMP. See attach screen shot. However am having an issue while playing FIFA 15. The game would just freeze, the pc would not. I have swapped to the integrated graphics and it plays just fine. Any config needs to be done? CPU temps are around 55-60 and GPU temps is around 65. Please help.

Is you GTX 660 overclocked? If so return it to stock.

Maybe it's time to upgrade your GPU.

I would do a clean install of the latest Nvidia driver.

How are your GPU temps when running FurMark?

I done a clean install of the whole OS twice, also downloaded the latest drivers from NVIDIA. GPU temp during stress test is at 70, fan level at 79%.

If you can, test your 660 in another PC or replace it with a know working GPU in yours.
This is really the only way to confirm if there's truly a problem with your 660.
I'm leaning towards a problem with your 660 because you stated that the integrated GPU is fine.
