Video driver upgrade from 268.37

I still have the nvidia driver that is posted on Asus' site. It works well with all games. The only major issue that I've seen in Crysis2 or Rage is tearing, but turning Vsync ON fixes those issues. Should I stay with the driver I have and wait for an official Asus release or upgrade now?

thanks
