ASUS Maximus VI Formula random cold boot isues after AI Suite III installation

I have a little issue here, I did install an update of the ASUS AI Suite III and it started to do it's auto OC tuning right after it installed.
At least it should give me option to auto OC tune or not, and not just start it all by itself.

Since that install, my PC randomly needs it's power taken from the PSU before it cold boots properly from complete power down state, and then it tells me overclocking failed and press F1.

I did reset the BIOS completely, but it still does that randomly.

My BIOS is up to date, and the AI Suite is completely removed.

Anyone experienced the same issue and found a solution for it?

PS: My system specs can be seen on my profile.

Yes, I did use that tool too to make sure everything is gone.

I suspect that the board randomly fails upon RAM settings detection, so it could also be related to BIOS v. 1603, tried to roll 1-2 version back too, I don't recall how old a version that I used without having the issues.
Going to set it all manually now.
