I have made numerous attempts to install Dual intelligent processor 5 software upgrade using the software provided by the ASUS support website but when I try to install the sofware it instaed chooses to reinstall Dual intelligent processor 4 which gives me theerror cowhen I attempt to open AI Suite 3 [access violation at address 04988000 in module 'dip4.dll'. Read of address fffffff7]. I am either trying to find a way to upgrade to DIP 5 or trying to find a way to revert back to DIP 4 so that AI Suite functions properly. Thank you for any help.
