Question Questions On 3 way monitors

Hi I have a Asus G20AJ That I upgrade the GPU to a GTX 980.

I have a Asus PB278Q monitor so this weekend I was out and seen a PB278Q on sale so I picked it up thinking it would be cool for gaming only to find out it would do what I wanted turn out a need 3-Way monitors so my question is can one GTX 980 handle 3 Monitors dose it slow the card down in any way?

I'm in a case where I can only put 1 Double slotted card in it

Thanks for looking and have a great day

It depends on what you are doing with it. If you're only using 3 monitors for daily work, you shouldn't encounter any problems. But if you're going to game on 3 monitors, the GTX 980 will fall short unless you lower the eye candy.

You're going to need more than one GTX 980 if you're planning to game on 3 of those monitors in a surround environment.
