Rog Turkey users are complaining. SMS Infocomm (http://www.asus.com/tr/About_ASUS/Facilities_Branches/) service is very bad repair. They damage the product. everyone complains. ASUS is losing customers. ASUS does not suit the quality. ASUS turkey is unconcerned.

Hi people

i am one of the people that having a terrible technical service from Asus Turkey

i have sent my motherboard with its cpu protection and i got it back as out of warranty although it has 3 years warranty and has been 1 year after purchasing.They gave that decision by its serial number even i sent it with its original receipt.

and also i got it back with its CPU pins broken without the cpu protection i have sent with.

the service responsible from those complaints is called SMS Infocomm

from now on me and my friends and their friends know about the situation that users having with Asus Turkey assure you that we are not going to buy any product that Asus manufactures unless you do something about the problems that people having in Turkey

Exactly, this is worst techinal service ever, asus please change this service, this idiots screw up your trademarks...
