    Most likely corrupted config files.

Verify your game cache and report back.

Listen. I tried to reproduce that yellow artifacts. And maybe after 6 launch of the game, they appear on the same place like on posted movie. So its a game\driver problem?Propably not card?

That yellow artifacts always appear on the same place in game. I dont get them in other places. Always on the same place like on that movie. It can be graphic card or its a game\driver issue because its always on the same place in game?
    I upload next movie:

Then that should tell you it's the game.

One more time have you verified the game files?

Yes but other users with Gtx 980 told me that on they cards that glitches never happened. And they saying that is my card fault. What you think?

    To add to the chorus.

It is the game. Farcry 4 is a quirky game that has some issues since it is yet another high budget game ported to PC by 2 dudes in a van down by the river...

The fact other people don't have issue means nothing. You are comparing different PCs, and their software environment will be different. Their hardware will be different. Their drivers will be different.

    Somebody said to me:
"Thing is, I've had video cards in the past with defective memory that behaved exactly like that. They'd be fine everywhere on the map except one specific part where it would flash different colors just like the OPs video. That's why he needs to do what some of us asked by underclocking the ram/core and see what happens. "

That can be true , it can be memory ? But i have that problem in Far Cry 4 only ( and sometimes not often )
