My hero took a crap on me. and I'm not sure what board to go with.

I have 2 7970 and 2 ssd. Wifi would be great and was thinking of adding maybe one or two more 7970 in the future if it was worth it.

Hello Hartacus

If you added just one more 7970 you could go with the maximus vii formula. If you added two more you'd have to go with the maximus vi extreme.

I'd probably go with the maximus vi extreme, adding a third card in the formula vii you'd lose your case connections. Usb ports, headphone jacks, HDD light and power button.

No it's just like adding the first two but adding a third gpu airflow becomes severely restricted, it would be a good idea to liquid cool them.
