I was trying to record some hacker in bf4 on my new Windows 10. I dont know if its Nvidia or Asus that i should be reporting this to but ill post on two of them anyway. Using Windows 10 64bit Technical Preview, Xonar Phoebus drivers are Windows 8.1 64bit, Version 8.1.1.35, released 2015/01/22. Nvidia driver 347.88. If its any better, my gfx card is three way SLI. I will give Nvidia a holler too.

Also, theres no noise whatsoever when im playing bf4. Just the recorded video clip will crackle.

Seems to be the mic in recording 🙂 try to disable mic recording or what ever mix you have there, and let only the game`s sound.
