    If but I could thumbs up a thousand times . . . .

Funny thing is I WANTED to buy a new one with this new build, my wife has one as well, mine is about 1 1/2 years older then hers, and damn if I don't want hers. Yet when I went to look it up, it was like over $250USD, and I HAD one. I couldn't go over 4kusd so I just stuck with the one I have, as sticky as it may be LOL. I THINK I payed about 80 bucks for it when it came out. I love this thing to.

I'm confident the SteelSeries Merc would survive a lot of dropping, lol, assuming you had a forklift or some other way to "accidentally" drop it off your desk.

Your part choices are pretty strong, good for a few years of extreme madness. That Samsung XP941 M.2/PCIe SSD is an oddity, I would've gone with a RAID-striped pair of Samsung 850PRO SSDs, but it looks like overall prices and performances are roughly equivalent. I paid more for my box but never got a freebie tool kit or ESD wrist strap, lol.

Woo! Here I am typing this on my new PC! My build, while it took a LOT of work to get set up, worked flawless! No DOA, no case issues, nothing! I can't seem to find the connector to hook my camera up to the PC atm, and ofc I will need to find the dumb drivers for it, but later I will hook up my webcam, and I guess I can take some pics / video of the new pc using it. Thanks so much to this forum for the help! Chino especially, it's really appreciated!

Damn and I thought that having my RIIIE for almost 4 and half years was a long time. Nice hardware, you are going to have fun with it. I am also building a new rig, the only parts that came from my old rig,
are the psu, ssd, hdd, dvd writer and the gpu, the rest al new. Your setup should need a nice custom water cooling loop. I would exchange the arctic tim for the MX4 or the gelid extreme. These Tim's will give a little better temps. If you go for like a H100i gtx or H110i Gt from corsair, then use the Tim that is already on the cooler, it's a good one.
