ROG G751 vs G771JM, What should I choose and why?

Hello,

Guys, I readed a lot of articles, posts and comparisions and still i'm not sure what should I buy.
I have 5k pln (1250euro) for new notebook. What I will do on it?
1. Unreal Engine 4 (I'm a game developer, using mostly blueprint system, building lights etc.).
2. Adobe Photoshop.
3. 3D Max.
4. Sometimes games (like Destiny if it will be on PC someday).
My notebook should work with UE4+Photoshop or UE4+3D Max at the same time.

After looong time I choosed 2 notebooks, both with i7, 16GB RAM, GTX860M, 256GB SSD and IPS screen:
G751:

G771JM:
http://asus.strefamarek.allegro.pl/laptop-asus-g771jm-i7-16gb-240ssd750gb-gtx860300.html

Both are at the same price, both have the same components, but:
1. G751 have better audio system (sub).
2. G751 have better cooling system.
3. G751 looks better;)

1. G771 have GTX860M with 4GB VRAM (G751 have 2GB).
2. G771 have additional bonuses (Asus GX850 mouse, Dying Light and CoD games).
3. G771 probably have problems with throttling (I'm scared about it because UE4+3D Max is very demanding)

What should I choose and why?

Pls don't advice "take better graphics like GTX970" - I thought about it but in my work SSD+more RAM will be more rewarding then better GPU and I cannot spend more cash.

So, have you any new information? Have you received any replies? What laptop did you buy and are you satisfied? I am in the same boat now as you were.

I think the choice between the two is a bit of a no-brainer - if you're wanting to play games and do anything demanding, the G751 is the only choice as it features massively better cooling than the G771 - which is more of a multi-media machine rather than a gaming laptop, despite its ROG branding.

The extra 2Gb of VRAM on the G771 is rendered redundant by its inferior cooling ability, in my opinion. The only plus point it could potentially have over the G751 is that it has an easily removable battery so it's better suited if you're intending on travelling frequently with it.

neither of them because they use NVIDIA Optimus (Intel Graphics Enabled) and there are many issues associated with it like poor performance in window mode, no lcd overclocking, poor scaling, missing nvidia features, some programs don't run on nvidia card even when forced to, etc....
