Hi, you should send to RMA so they can test it because that is not normal AT ALL. If you cannot send your notebook to asus you could try a simple dissasembly (which will void the warranty) and check if there is no dust or particles blocking the heat spreader fins (there is a youtube video around and tried myself turned out to be very easy). Hope you can solve your problem.
