Maximus VII Hero gets Sonic Radar? - Where do I download?

I have been looking forever for the download for this software because it looks really cool. I saw at one place it's in the reaktek drivers, but I tried installing those by running the AsusSetup.Exe but it just brings up a cmd saying "Please wait while installing drivers. Do not turn off or unplug the computer power during the installation..." but it never finishes. How do I get Sonic Radar and how do I install it?

I tried that and all it does is bring up a cmd that doesn't do anything... I let it sit for 3 hours...

Also does it have to be done with a 3.5 MM headset? Or can it be through USB?
