Booting takes a long long time

I have the Crosshair V along with an FX-8350. My cabinet is an NZXT Phantom 630 if it matters 😛
Ok. So my problem is that my PC takes a lot of time to start.
When I press the power button on my cabinet, the system starts. But the Asus Logo is only shown on the screen after 13 seconds. And the Asus logo stays like that for another 12 seconds. 12 seconds is a long time. We dont need that much time to enter the BIOS. Then the Windows OS loads up. So, in total, around 25 seconds is wasted just like that. How can I reduce this time?
P.S. I havent overclocked. Everything is at stock

You can change the delay in bios.
