Please Need some help figuring out the issue after running Prime95. Power Supply, Mother Board or CPU Damaged?

Asus Rampage 4 Black Edition
CPU I7 4930K 4.4 Ghz
Heat Sink Noctua NH-D14
Memory G-Skill 2133 Mhz 9-11-10-28-2 1.650v
PSU: Corsair 1200w Gold Edition

BIOS Settings Default except for the following. Been following Asus Guide for over clocking. Basic O.C. at 4.4 Ghz.

AI OC Tuner Manual, memory set per mem specs. BCLK 100,, Strap 100, SYNC All Cores 44, Digi + CPU Load Line Calibration Medium, CPU Current Capabilities 120%. CPU V-Core Voltage Manual, CPU V-Core Manual Voltage 1.300v. No other changes made in BIOS. In order to prevent any errors with P95 for 1 hour 1.30v V-Core is required. If V-Core is left on Auto V-Core Voltage 1.342v. Past the cooling capabilities of the NH-D14 to stay at 80c or less.

Real Temp Max Temp 79c, CPU-Z 1.280v, HW Monitor VID 1.256v

Prime 95 ran for 22 hours and 45 minutes system booted to BIOS.

Power Supply Surges Detected During The Previous Power On. Asus Anti-Surge Was Triggered To Protect System From Unstable Power Supply Unit.

BIOS set back to Defualt settings.

Following BIOS Changes system will boot no issues.

Changes to BIOS memory specs only. 9-11-10-28-2 Voltage 1.65v. 2133 Mhz Boot to windows the system auto back to BIOS same error related to Power Supply.

Replaced the Corsair 1200w Power Supply 8 weeks ago.

Mother Board Damaged, CPU IMC controller Damaged or Power Supply? Ran Mem Test on the memory no issues. Been having a lot of troubke getting a 4.4 Ghz O.C. with Load Line calibration set to Medium at 120 Percent. Not recommended for a 24/7 O.C. to run any higher LLC.

Thank You
Larry

Sorry meant to say it is not recommended to go over Medium to High or Ultra High LLC for 24/7 O.C.. per my understanding.
