R2E Supreme FX X-FI Soundcard to use in R3E mobo?

Is it possible to use my old Supreme FX X-FI Soundcard to my new R3E mobo. any suggestion or procedure to make it work 🙂 TIA.

hi Brian 🙂 i try it but my problem is the R3E mobo wont detect the sound card of Supreme FX X-FI of R2E. is there any tips or tricks to make it work. TIA 🙂 More Power to TeamROG 🙂

So i just got some word, the Supreme FX card from the Rampage II Extreme will NOT work on any other board. This card has been specifically matched with the board's bios. same goes for the Maximus III Formula which has its own riser card, will not work because of the bios.

Should upgrade to a Xonar Xense :cool:

I was going to suggest something along those lines because I tried to put that card in the other mini pci-e slot and board wouldn't pick it up.
