Hi All,

I seem to be having trouble with my computer shutting down normally. On many occasions, when I go to shut down the laptop, the keyboards will remain lit and the computer will still be on even though the screen has gone black I have tried waiting it out but even after 10 minutes the keyboard remains lit and power indicator near the track pad signals that the CPU is still on. In these instances, I cannot even wake up the computer it just seems to be hanging there, and All i can do is to resort in holding the power button for 5 seconds until the laptop does a forced shutdown.


Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
