Its a custom store with great quaility of service in Denmark. But if I wasn't to buy from there it would be from Komplett.dk

But gonna buy from there. So faar they can offer me Kingston 3000mhz or Ripjaws 2666MHz - They tried getting 3000MHz but where unable to
get it from the delivery company. They tried putting Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz within it aswell without much succues.

I am buying from that store that is 100% set in stone. I just need to know of which is best really, within my options hehe

well if you look at both kits at 2666MHz the hyper x predator can do 14-14-14 vs. G.Skills 15-15-15. If these are your only 2 options I would choose the hyper x predator kit.

I would choose the predator 3000MHz as it's rated to do 2666MHz with 14-14-14 timings vs. G.Skills 2666MHz at 15-15-15.

This is with the hyper x predator at 1.35v, the G.skill kit might be able to do it too at 1.35v but I don't see it rated at that.

Hrmmm.. I am in so much doubt of what choice to make.

I really wish for the best quaility/performance of ram. G.Skill so faar seemse to have better votes, yet I see wisdom in chooseing Predator due to the lack of 3000MHz
so faar on Ripjaws (Which may changes) but not sure they will get them home.

So again 2666MHz Ripjaws 4 vs Predator 3000MHz.

I am trying to make the choice in the start of this week probably.

if you video edit go with Kingston,if not G Skill

G Skill is the popular choice here

    from legit reviews

    Quote:

We found ths G.Skill kit to be rock solid at the advertised Intel XMP 2.0 settings and we did find some nice performance gains when running the DDR4 memory kit at 3GHz clock speeds. The overclocking performance wasn’t really that stellar due to the fact that G.Skill is heavily screening their kits internally and if they can run faster then they are selling them as a higher clocked kit and getting more money for them. We usually don’t see such tight tolerances on memory kits! Our 3000MHz kit with 15-15-15-35 timings won’t do 3200MHz with 16-16-16-36 timings with even 1.5V, so if you wanted a 3200MHz kit you are best off spending the $80 as our kit wasn’t able to match those speeds. We were able to get an extra 100MHz out of the kit by overclocking the CPU base clock, so you have a little wiggle room, but not a full memory multiplier worth.

Unhappy Z170 Pro Gaming Hyper X Fury2666mhz not working

Hmmm so what i have read i need to set the IMC System Agent Voltage higher to get my ram working properly? With old bios i had 2666mhz but not stable. With new Bios 802 i needed to turn it low to 2133 Mhz since PC would not boot. Damn so i got not the best 6700k.

I am glad everybody likes Ripjaws 4 and that they run well on the X99 platform.

I like it when I read good stuff!
