980 matrix safe mode not working

Hy..i buyed a new matrix 980..all the leds are working..card is working fine ..but the ..safe mode''led isnt working..and when i push the button nothing happens..i updated the vbios from asus..nothing changed...safe buton dont work and safebutton led is off

Only when i turn off..-on the pc...the buton flashes very short.and turns off..very very quick.what should i do? Thanks

To use the Safe Mode features, your PC need to be off when you press the button. Then turn on your PC and go into Windows. Once in Windows, run GPU Tweak and it will automatically restore the factory BIOS.

Just out of curiosity, why are you trying to put the card into Safe Mode?

I've outlined the steps for you in my previous post. Also don't shutdown your system during the vBIOS recovery or you will ruin your GPU.

Was it the latest NVIDIA driver? Also are you using the latest GPU Tweak?

Make sure you're installing the correct driver for your Windows version. 🙂
