Which notebook do you have?

I don't have the AMD/ATI Graphics but I would try to download the driver version that is in Asus Support and see if that helps.
Uninstall ATI graphics and then reboot, go to safe mode and use driver sweeper/ ATI crap cleaner (if you don't already have done it this way). Reboot again and install graphics driver and then you can upgrade your drivers if the problem doesn't occur any more 🙂
