I've just installed new

BIOS 207
Support Nvidia G-sync function.

from http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=G751JY&p=3&s=719

But I can't see G-SYNC option available in nVidia control panel (drivers 350.12)... How can I activate it?

Here is an example how nVidia panel should look like with G-SYNC detected:

No probs, flashed through bios itself... But can't see g-sync options with 350.12.... Didn't try a clean driver reinstall though

We need to wait for a new nvidia gsync enabled laptop driver... Hopefully nvidia will release one soon...
Conspiracy is nothing!

Yes you need to wait for new drivers or use the leaked alpha drivers.
I just noticed that on asus drivers site they released a new GPU driver V9.18.13.4801 (2015.05.11 update) give that a try and see if that enabled Gsync

None related: I also see a new ATK update

Jesus... 405MB of drivers... downloading and testing with new BIOS 207, stay tuned...

EDIT:
SOB! They are just 348.01 (older than official 350.12) and no G-SYNC options available after install.

Just be patient. When there will be G-Sync enabled drivers available, NVidia will make sure that we hear about their release. Until then, neither ASUS nor Gamenab can't come up with anything .
