I just bought a G751JY today to replace my G750JH that was stolen last week and have been setting it up. I have the latest 207 Bios and latest Nvidia drivers but no G-Sync. However I have found that no specific monitor drivers are installed and is registering as a generic PnP monitor which I believe is where the problem lies.

current sold models don't support Gsync. Does your laptop say it comes with Gsync?

Noticed the same... who knows... we can only wait (maybe ASUS has crafted custom monitor drivers in the "new" models? No special BIOS or nVidia drivers required...?)

If G-Sync already works with that beta driver leaked on internet with the old G751JY models, why not go with an oficial driver from Asus?

BIOS 208 is avaialble. Is it fixing this issue for you?

    Nope. Nothing/nada. I noticed the g751JT has a different BIOS(?); BIOS 208
Support G-sync function for CPU i7-4850HQ, i7-4750HQ. Before: BIOS 207
support Nvidia G-sync function only on G-sync SKU
It appears adjustments have to be made for different processors? Since I have a g751JY with an i7-4860 I gues there is still hope....I hope
