Rampage IV Extreme RAID array lost after updating BIOS

Hi,

I have a Rampage IV Extreme BIOS and a RAID 10 setup via IRST. I completed a BIOS update successfully and then turned all SATA drive back on and changed SATA back to RAID mode.

IRST still knows there was a RAID partition but says its failed. In windows (Seperate SSD boot drive) IRST can see all of the drives for the RAID array but hasn't linked to of them into the array. It appears that the 'table of drives' for the RAID array may have been corrupted and now the serial number which normally starts with WD (for western digital) now starts with D in the windows IRST.

Is there any way to edit the drives that sit in the RAID array manually or to fix this?

Thanks heaps for any advice.

Fixing no idea,

But usually when flashing the bios I disconnect these drives physically before flashing. Once bios update is done, I reconfigure the system in the bios and later connect the drives back.
