"Asus Command" keyboard shortcuts on Windows 8.1 (G20AJ) - how to disable it?

for example:

Right Alt + P : Asus Command => Power Manager;

Right Alt + L : Asus Command => Lighting;

Right Alt + H : Asus Command => Ai Charger II

...

question: how to disable this shortcuts?

*by using "right alt + l" i want to create letter "ł" without turning this software on...
