G551JM - LAN port issue, driver issue?

Hi, got a new G551JM installed Win7 Pro and seems that most drivers are OK. I have an issue with the LAN port,
tried a driver sent to me from ASUS support ( Realtek LAN Driver - V7.6.1009.2013). In "Device Manager" under "Network Adapters" it shows
a Realtek PCIe GBE Family COntroller - error code 39 (Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Any help is appreciated
