Do Not Buy Asus Monitors

Every Asus monitor I've bought within the past year weather it's for work, As a present for someone or for myself has either arrived with dead pixels or developed them mere days after purchase, Why is this ?

My list so far -

Asus PB278Q - 6 dead pixels.

Asus PB287Q - 11 dead pixels *Current Monitor*

Asus VX279Q - 3 dead pixels, The first one had 5 dead pixels.

Asus PG278Q - I went through 4 of these all with dead pixels and stuck pixels and ended up getting a refund in the end.

Asus VX24AH -
3 dead pixels

These were all bought from different stores.

Why are your facilities using sub standard panels ? It's the only explanation I can come up with as I have a Samsung 4K panel in work that doesn't have dead pixels, A dell Ultrasharp that I've had for 3 years with no dead or stuck pixels and a BenQ 144Hz that I bought for my brother with no dead pixels either.

Your quality control on your monitors is beyond sub par, Sort it out.

I've used 2 Swifts 1 from october and 1 from december, both 0 dead pixels, except for minor bleed on bottom. You must be insanely unlucky to get 11 dead pixels, omg. That is imo unacceptable. I wouldn't even want 1 dead pixel, nill nada zero.

Asus has a upcoming PG279Q, same as Swift, G-Sync 144Hz 1440p but IPS. We'l see more tomorrow at Computex.
