How can I disable USB power when computer is off?
I have a MAXIMUS VII GENE motherboard. Anytime I turn my desktop off, all the USB peripherals continue to be powered including keyboard, mouse and headset. How can I disable this feature so the USB doesn't continue to be powered when the computer is completely shut down?

You need to enable ErP in your bios and providing your power supply supports this feature it will power down your USB ports.
It is disabled by default.

Hello
The ErP Ready setting can be found in the APM Configuration section of the UEFI. This info is also available in the included user manaul.
