I have the ASUS G751JY, I thought I saw the display be 75Hz, but after a geforce update it's now 60Hz?

It was 60 then a nVidia driver update took it to 75, then more recent updates took it back to 60. There is speculation that these were 'guinea pig' updates to test the panel for the to be released g-sync versions of the laptops.

Regardless you can always create a custom profile to get your 75Hz back. There are several topics on the matter.

Is it real 75Hz? Like I can get clean 75 fps?

Yes up to 100Hz, the g751s have pretty good panels in them. I've been running at 100Hz since I got the laptop

Instructions on how to do it here(along with panel OC discussion):

Good way to test here:

100Hz sounds crazy dangerous, what has ASUS said about this?
