i have a new g74s asus notebook and i cant get light in the keyboard any more
can any help please

Try pressing f4 to brighten, f3 to dim the kb lights.
Read the User's Manual for more info. 😄

Try ATK PAckage 1.0.0014 from my New Drivers thread. You'll have to uninstall your old ATK PAckage and restart, first before you can install the new one.

BTW, when you boot do you see the kn light up for a second or so?

This is a good forum and members/admins are here to help each other out with issues, so we don't have to RMA the notebook for a easy thing that we can fix ourself 🙂

And JRd1st seems to be on here all the time 😛

Nah, not ALL the time but this place has become a habit, to me. I've been waking up at 4AM and sometimes I get on here for a while. I usually go back to sleep for a while after that. Then again when I get up. Then whenever I have a chance. But I'm on for short periods, not always.
