Do all 74SX's come with the 'gimped' 560?

Also, to expand on that:

GTX 560M 2 GB & 4 GB - 128 bit (2 x 64 bit controllers = 128)

GTX 560M 1.5 GB & 3 GB - 192 bit (3 x 64 bit = 192)
