==================================================

After some googling I've discovered that this BSOD can come from a lot of things. And i've been crossing some stuff off. I might say that i've recently formatted and reinstalled Windows 7 (after mobo change), all drivers are up to date.
The one thing i think is the problem (currently testing by running default clock) is that i've slightly overclocked my CPU from 3.5ghz to 3.7ghz by raising the CPU Ratio from 17.5 to 18.5, which i should be able to do without any problems since my processor is a Black Edition.
I never had any issues with BSODS on my GB Mobo, and I had the same overclock with just raising the CPU Ratio(Multiplier).
My temps are fine, my CPU is running at about 35c in idle and about 48c in full load. Which is very good for this CPU. Nothing esle is altered in BIOS except the CPU Ratio.

Anyways, any tips are helpful in this matter, maybe i've missed a few steps here.

The 124 error code usually is related to a failed/unstable CPU overclock.
Try increasing your CPU voltage in small increments until you get it stable.
Since you're running with all dimms populated, you may also need to raise your CPU/NB voltage as well.

Seems like it is a OC issue with the processor. I guess I will have to tweak the voltage to the cpu. I kept the voltage stock. I have a Amd 980 black edition. I would like to Keep the cpu at 4.3 stable. Do you know what voltage the cpu should be at for this clock speed? I cant find anyone who has a guide for this. Thank you for your help.
