    Disable Vsync in Games causes Screen Tearing !!!

    hi Guys i have a screen tearing when i disable vsync and i did a research that if i enable Adaptive V-sync the screen tearing will disapear. The only problem is that in my nvidia control panel i dont have Adaptive Vsync ) . Its possible to force it with Nvidia Inspector?

    V-sync buffers the entire screen info before sending it (at a rate of 60 times per second - 60Hz). With V-sync off, sometimes half the information is sent before all is ready (the tear). Adaptive V-sync is ready for the 900 series... have you tried downloading non-official driver versions? like from laptopvideo2go.com? to see if the option pops-up?

    There is no adaptive VSYNC on optimus laptops.
