Fans wont spin on new extreme build !!!

Hi,

Big problem here. After setting up and turning the power on, the mobo lights up. The start button, bios led all lights up, but no fans are running. Not even the case fans. I read in some forums that removing one 12 volt 8 pin connector will do the trick. I removed it and now when i power on the fans do one rev and stops. Is the psu 850 w corsair not enough ? What is the problem ? Kindly help.

if you have only plugged in only one 8pin EPS power connector, you should put into the one closer to the edge of the mobo.
