How do you set CPU Voltage (Vcore) in Bios so it doesn't change under load.

I'm a newbie with my "first" basic question. I've looked at the manual, and other forums but can't seem to find an answer to this basic question. How do you set a CPU Voltage so that it doesn't change under load? I set my CPU Voltage in the bios, but it rises when I go from "Idle" to 100% load (e.g., kicked off Prime95 torture test). Is there another bios setting I need to change/fix/enable/disable? I have Load Line Calibration set at "Full Calibration".

Here's my System Config:

Intel i7-980X
ASUS Rampage III Extreme 1366 Motherboard
12 GB RAM: Kingston HyperX 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) XMP Desktop Memory Model
DIAMOND 5870PE51G Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5
CORSAIR Hydro H70 CWCH70 120mm High Performance CPU Cooler
Windows 7 64-bit
Western Digital Caviar Black 750GB Hard Drive
COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Computer Case

Thanks for any help.
Sincerely,
Ron

what do you have your vcore set at? from my understanding for load line cal. is that it holds your volts from dropping dont know about going up. how much higher is it rising under load?
