    You have to reinstall the Dolby application, you can find it in a separate folder in the older drivers. It did this all the time when new builds arrived on Win 10 insider program. You`ll have to press Rebuild and it will be done in few seconds.

    Also i`ve noticed that if i put the Dolby folder (taken from the old driver) inside the installation folder of the "new driver" with Sonic Studio it will automatically install Dolby app also, but the folder is missing from the package on the site. Way to go ASUS !

    that's weird I did a clean w10 install and dolby home theater installed correctly with the latest 8.1 driver, no need to get it from previous release

    I do the comparison with the Insider builds of Win 10, where it never installed Dolby app. Now there is no issue with it.

    Oh wow, seems like you got someone half competent who knows actual useful stuff, last time i contacted asus (must've been a couple of weeks ago) i got told to just install the win 8.1 driver.

    Soundblaster released a win 10 driver today, don't know if they changed anything or just renamed the previous one.
