RAM issue with 1003 (CH V/Bulldozer)

Hello all (and especially Asus folks),
is there any documentation about the new DRAM setup parameters that appeared in the 992X beta code and which are now "official" in the 1003 version? Any release notes?
The reason I'm asking: I upgraded to 1003 yesterday and since then my RAM (16GB KVR1333D3E9S/4GEC) is no longer stable at 1866-10-10-10-27-1T; I had to go back to 1600 timings. It used to run fine for over a month (with 0903, 9920 and 9921) so something has probably changed.
What I'm seeing is a 100% freeze from one moment to the next even under no load - something that happened before when I tried to reach 2000 timings so it looked very familiar, and the fact that I've been running stable at 1600 since this morning (FX-8150, 4.5GHz) seems to confirm that.
Thanks!
Ralf

You can Flash it back to 9921 via BIOS tool "ASUS EZ Flash 2 Utility". So you dont have to use it meantime, they mey fix it if there is something to fix.

Also it may help them if you post your pcs specs.
CPU: AMD FX-8150 MB: ASUS Crosshair V Formula DDR3: 2x4GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-1866
GPU: ASUS 7970 SSD: 4x Corsair F3 120GB @ Raid0 PSU: SF Golden Silent 500W OS: W7 Ultimate 64bit

Thanks but what's pcs?

I'm had a similar issue with bios 1003 and had to loosen my timings from ddr3-1600 7-8-7-22-1T to 7-9-8-24-1T. Still testing stability on this.
