The official website says it does, but I cannot evidence of it in my Device Manager. Does anyone know how to enable it?

imo the best way is to boot into bios and look for tpm-related options. it might be disabled by default.

Good suggestion, Rewben. I found it in the BIOS (press F2 on startup). It is located under the Advanced tab --> Trusted Computing. Then, toggle Security Device Support to "Enabled", save/quit BIOS, and then TPM would appear in Device Manager.

Interestingly, when Security Device Support is "Disabled", there is no mention of TPM. But when it is "Enabled" then it shows some options about TPM.
