G751JY - Gaming Center - MacroKey not Initializing

Good morning folks. Seem to be stuck on this. I'm trying to setup the MacroKey function within the Gaming Center program, but no matter if I launch the MacroKey program from the Gaming Center or directly, it does not initialize. I've even tried using the macro buttons on the keypad with no luck. Anyone have similar issues / fixes? Tks much

Are you sure you've installed the latest version of the MacroKey program ?
if you have already, Can you please try to install an earlier version ?

also, not sure its related - have you installed the ACPI driver ( in Asus support-> utilities -> Keyboard Device Filter Utility ) ?
have you installed the latest version ?

Thanks for the reply. Just checked the support page and the MacroKey is at the latest version - 1.0.0.28 and the ACPI driver is loaded as well....
