Hello,

I've been on coretemp for the longest time and just installed HWiNFO64. All the temps are ok but there's a Temp3 in mobo reading that goes 100c. Was wondering if there's an error or is my mobo having issues? Where is Temp3 located lol? I have marked it out in the screen shot.

Hello

The issue is the reporting utility not the motherboard. Any questions regarding these type of issues need to be directed at the author of the utility. AIDA64 correctly reports data from the available sensors.

Praz is correct. The problem is with AIDA64.

I have no idea where AIDA64 is grabbing that reading. My R5E is completely watercooled. I highly doubt anything's at 97C. lol
