This started about a year and a half ago. My left click kept getting worse and worse to the point that it wouldn't click, so I just gave up and got a mouse. I never tried it again until that mouse stopped working June of last year, and then it randomly worked again.

Fast forward to the beginning of this year, and the left click stops working again. Even now when I try it, it doesn't work so I'm still using a mouse. My right click works just fine, and I can use the touchpad without any problems. I feel like it's just a hardware issue but I'm not sure, so any help would be appreciated.
