You should run software like Gparted OUTSIDE of windows to be able to see that partition, delete and format it or join it to an existing partition ( which may time some considerate time, min~hour ). Gparted is found in every respected linux distro like ubuntu - so just make a live-cd on an usb, reboot and use it.
However, there free tools to perform all of this while in windows like
partitionwizard,
EaseUS Partition Master,
paragon partition manager.
Although I can suggest to re-partition the HOLE disk, as the C drive size is huge in respect to the max you'll ever utilize - so I suggest to make a "Data" partition and save all your files there, while retain about 80-100GB to the OS.
